Food Intolerances
Intolerances, also called food sensitivities are more common than food allergies, particularly for adults. Intolearance can be caused by chemicals that are found naturally in foods or by chemicals that are added to foods such as preservatives, artificial colouring and flavouring. Symptoms of intolerance include hives (or rashes), headaches, migraines, stomach and/or bowel upsets, breathing problems.
