My Story

Hi, I’m Gracie.

I’m an Accredited Practising Dietitian with a deep passion for helping people build a healthier, more peaceful relationship with food. My interest in nutrition began at 16 when I was diagnosed with coeliac disease. Navigating my own health at a young age sparked a curiosity about nutrition and wellbeing. Later, working in the fitness industry as a group fitness trainer strengthened this passion and helped me appreciate the importance of fuelling our bodies for energy, performance and everyday life.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and person‑centred. At Dietwise, I practice through a weight‑neutral, trauma‑informed lens and strive to create a safe, non‑judgemental space where clients feel genuinely heard and understood. I’m passionate about helping people reconnect with their bodies, rebuild trust in their internal cues, and find a way of eating that feels supportive, flexible, and enjoyable. I understand that food and eating can feel overwhelming for some people, and I aim to simplify it in a way that feels safe, grounding and empowering.

I bring empathy, curiosity, and a gentle, supportive style to every session. I value connection, balance, and meeting clients exactly where they are, honouring their lived experiences, strengths, and goals.

I have experience across eating disorders, mental health, gastrointestinal conditions, diabetes, and heart health. I have a special interest in coeliac disease (with lived experience), gut health, eating disorders, women’s health (including PCOS, endometriosis, fertility and pregnancy), and supporting active individuals with their fuelling needs.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me cooking, at the gym, or exploring new cafés and restaurants. I’m a big foodie at heart — especially when it comes to a weekend açai bowl.
