My Story

Hi I’m Emma,

I am your ray of sunshine at the front desk when you visit Dietwise on a Saturday morning.

I am currently studying a Master of Nutrition and Dietetics part-time at Edith Cowan University.

My love for food and nutrition began in the kitchen when I got bored following recipes and started experimenting with food, creating my own recipes to share with friends. I became fascinated with not only the benefits of food for our health but also, its significance in culture and its ability to unite people from all walks of life.

I have a huge passion for youth mental health, using my experience to ensure that young people’s voices are heard. This passion has led me to become a youth representative and advocate for many committees and organisations. My goal in life is to help others break free from barriers stopping them from feeling comfortable in their own skin. Every human deserves to feel respected and proud of who they are.

In my free time, I enjoy getting into nature, watching local arts, and practising new and old skills such as singing, surfing, handstands, and Olympic lifting.
